"Ho ho ho! Hello there, Ingram Micro network customer service team! I'm afraid we have a bit of a situation up here at the North Pole.

The elves and the reindeer were playing hide and seek, and they decided the very best hiding spots were inside our network equipment! The router, the switch, the firewall, the Wi-Fi… even the fiber!

Can you save Christmas? Ho ho ho! We will see!"

How to play

You're the North Pole's network tech. The sleigh launches in 10 minutes, so get every device back online before it leaves.

Search the complex

Explore 8 rooms of Santa's workshop: the Toy Workshop, the Gingerbread Kitchen, the Reindeer Stables, the Snowy Courtyard and more. Hold E to search haystacks, ovens, snowmen and piles of presents.

Catch elves & reindeer

Elves run when you get close. Catch one and it gives you a hint. Reindeer are still hiding with their antlers poking out. Tag them for points and +10 seconds.

Solve the ticket

Bring each device to the main rack in the Server Room. Every install is a real support-desk question. Get it right and the device goes green. A wrong answer costs 15 seconds.

Eight devices are hidden somewhere in the North Pole complex. The hiding spots change every game.
